Thanaselan Rajendran is a changemaker at the nexus of innovation, social impact, and policy. As Managing Director of Pepper Labs, he leads initiatives that empower disadvantaged communities through entrepreneurial and technology-driven solutions. Previously, as Director of Research at Endeavour-MGC, he provided data-driven insights shaping government, industry, and civil society strategies. Earlier, as Special Officer to the Prime Minister, he contributed to the Malaysian Indian Blueprint, advancing systemic socio-economic reforms. He also develops training programmes to build entrepreneurial skills. He holds an MA in International Public and Political Communication from the University of Sheffield and is a certified trainer.
