Jaclynn Chin is the Head of Public Education at the National Kidney Foundation (NKF) Malaysia. With a Doctorate in Pharmacy and early career experience in the US, she has led chronic disease clinics, advanced value-based care, and contributed to education, research, and health policy. At NKF Malaysia, she oversees strategies that translate health awareness into community action, focusing on early detection, prevention, and intervention in chronic kidney disease (CKD). Passionate about evidence-based healthcare, she works to strengthen research and advocacy efforts, aiming to expand scalable interventions and influence policies that improve CKD outcomes nationwide.
