Azliyana Azhari is a Lecturer in Climate, Society and Policy with the School of Arts and Social Science and Monash Climate Change Communication Research Hub, Monash University Malaysia. She is an environmental scientist by training, experienced in field study & analysis, atmospheric dispersion modelling and geographic information system and integrating analytical researches and translating science into environmental management purposes. Her current research is centred on communication of climate change and promoting the importance of climate action. She brings her scientific knowledge to engage with broader audiences and to communicate about climate issues in a way that resonates with people.
